A Glimpse Into My Background

Hi, I am Rosemary — a coach dedicated to helping professional women who have spent years prioritizing the well-being of others reconnect with themselves, reclaim their dreams, and step into meaningful, purpose-driven work with clarity and intention.

For much of my life, I was the woman who held everything together.
I married young, raised my son largely on my own, and put myself through night school to earn both my bachelor’s degree in psychology and my master’s degree in mental health counseling. I always imagined that I would become a therapist, but like many women, I made practical choices to support my family.

My career as a technical professional grew out of necessity. It provided stability for my son and me, and over time, it became a successful career that I am proud of. I spent decades delivering results, leading teams, and building a life that reflected hard work, independence, and commitment.

At the same time, I was navigating the deeper responsibilities of life.
As my son reached adulthood, my father passed away, and I shifted my focus to supporting my mother during a decade marked by both joy and challenge. That period was not solely defined by caregiving. It was also filled with travel, laughter, connection, and learning. My mother taught me how to truly engage with others, how relationships bring meaning to life, and how important it is to remain genuine and open hearted.

When she passed, I found myself at a profound turning point.
As I created her celebration of life and listened to the many stories of the joy she brought to others, I realized that I had spent decades devoting myself to the well-being of others. For the first time, I had the space and freedom to ask:

What do I want next?

That question led me back to my original passion: supporting others through meaningful transitions. Coaching became the natural bridge between my background in psychology, my decades of professional experience, and my lived understanding of reinvention, resilience, and self-discovery.

Today, I work with women who are standing at a similar crossroads.
Women who have built careers, raised families, supported aging parents, led teams, and carried the weight of responsibility with strength and grace. Women who now feel the pull toward something more aligned, more fulfilling, and more reflective of who they have become.

My approach is grounded in four core pillars:
Self-discovery, clarity, purpose-driven action, and empowerment.
These guide every conversation and every transformation we create together.

If you are ready to rediscover yourself, reclaim long-set-aside dreams, and create a meaningful next chapter grounded in clarity, purpose, and intention, I would be honored to support you.

This is your time. And your next chapter begins with you.
