Frequently Asked Questions
Coaching is a collaborative process designed to help you gain clarity, explore possibilities, and take intentional steps toward the life and work you want. It is forward-focused, supportive, and grounded in meaningful reflection. Coaching is not therapy; instead of looking to the past for healing, we look to the present and future for direction, purpose, and growth.
Coaching may be a good fit for you if you are:
- Feeling pulled toward a new chapter or direction
- Ready to explore what meaningful work looks like now
- Unsure how to prioritize yourself after years of prioritizing others
- Craving clarity, purpose, and a plan
- At a transition point in your life or career
- Seeking a supportive partner to help you navigate change
If that sounds like where you are in life, coaching can offer a powerful path forward.
Each session is a focused, supportive conversation that helps you:
- Reflect on who you are today
- Explore what you want next
- Understand what may be holding you back
- Clarify goals and intentions
- Identify aligned next steps
You will leave each session with deeper insight and a clearer sense of direction.

Coaching is an active process. I will guide, support, and challenge you, but you are the one doing the inner work. When you arrive ready to reflect, explore, and engage honestly, you will gain the deepest insights and make meaningful progress.
